Just what is "Concierge Banking"? Like a hotel concierge who helps you with your holiday needs, Town & Country's Concierge Bankers help you with your banking needs. Whether it's opening an account, making a deposit, cashing a check or transferring money, your Concierge Banker is there for you. But unlike a hotel concierge, you don't leave a tip! And you'll never stand in a teller line at Town & Country Bank, because we don't have tellers (except for our drive-up window Concierge Tellers).

When you come into the bank to transact business, you’ll be comfortably seated at your Concierge Banker’s desk in a semi-private setting. Your Concierge banker will also give you their cell phone number, so you can be assured of getting swift attention if you're ever in a bind.
